You can disable or block your lost or stolen mobile phone using IMEI number. Press *#06# on your mobile, then a 15 digit code will appear on the screen, it is called the IMEI number. This number is unique to every handset. Note it down and keep it somewhere safe.

Then call customer service and tell to block your IMEI number.
